1 on 1 personal training definately has its advantages and it will be just me and you, the trainer and the client, with a program specifically made for you and nobody else.  You will have my undivided attention throughout every exercise session as your goals and well being will be my sole priority for the time we have together...

 

This form of training is highly recommended to anybody that has a specific goal in mind and is willing to work hard to achieve it ***

 

CHARGED 1 CALENDAR MONTH AT A TIME

BEFORE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH & RATE

IS DEPENDANT ON AMOUNT OF SESSIONS

PER WEEK, STANDARD SESSION IS 45 MIN.

 

1 SESSION PER WEEK   @ R400 A SESSION

2 SESSIONS PER WEEK @ R330 A SESSION

3 SESSIONS PER WEEK @ R300 A SESSION

*1/2 HOUR SESSIONS @ R230 A SESSION*

            SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

Small group training is a more cost-effective version of personal training. It's cheaper per person per session than 1 on 1 training.

 

Like minded individuals or people with the same/similar goals will perform better as a group and will therefore achieve greater results.  As a group you can hold internal competitions such as a 'Biggest Loser Challenge', a 'Pushup Challenge' or run races

against eachother to see who's the fittest ***

 

Train with a friend @ R230 per person per

session which is more cost effective than 1 on 1 training. Contact for better rates on bigger

groups or enquire about joining an existing group

 

 

        KEEPING TRACK

 

 

Keeping track of your measurements can be

a very helpful tool in your fitness journey.

You should have your bodyfat % taken with

calipers and your centimetres measured once

a month.  I offer this as a complimentary

service to training clients or R150 a consultation to non-training clients
